Launching an exciting and innovative two-year Stress and Anxiety Management Programme with a difference to address the increasing mental health challenges faced by individuals.
The programme will provide structured monthly 4 hour workshops where 15 participants will receive expert advice, create action plans to reduce stress and anxiety, and engage in holistic and creative activities such as relaxation therapies, photography walks, and nature outings.
Alongside personal development, participants will take part in meaningful community actions, including banked volunteer hours collecting and distributing clothing and food for the homeless and litter picking.
This combination of therapeutic workshops and purposeful banked hours volunteer activities is designed to help participants not only manage their own wellbeing but also builds a sense of connection and fulfilment. We know this works!
Aims to make a significant difference by addressing the root causes of stress and anxiety, empowering individuals to develop resilience and practical tools for long-term mental health management. Reducing mental health crisis and filling the long gap for NHS treatment.
